New Intake Information

Dear Prospective Families with New Intake Children for 2026,

As school admissions for the new Reception intake open from 15th November 2025 until 15th January 2026, we would like to provide an opportunity for you, as potential new families, to be welcomed by us, at Mrs Ethelston’s C E Primary Academy. 

We will be holding our next Open Day on Monday 13th October 2025. We usually have a morning session with bookings available between 10:30am and 12:45pm, then the afternoon session will be 1:30pm-4:30pm. Please contact the school office@uplyme-mrsethelstons.devon.sch.uk or telephone the school office on 01297 442210 if you wish to book a tour of Mrs Ethelston’s.

On our school website https://mrsethelstons.acornacademy.org/ we have set up a presentation of our Early Years environment, to help show what a typical Reception year will look like and to demonstrate some of the special qualities and enrichment activities that children receive if they attend our school.
